Instructions for downloadable products 

  • When the payment process is complete, you will be sent an invoice/receipt email with a  link to       download your product. Please click on the ‘Product Name’ given in the invoice/receipt email to      download the product.
  • If, for some reason, the download link does not work or gives you an error, it could be because:
    • You accidentally clicked the download link and did not save the file. It is restricted to a           one-time download only and will not download twice. Please be careful to save the file to an appropriate place in your documents.
    • On some Payment gateways (such as Offline processing and non-seamless gateways), the payment is initially put into ‘pending status’ until it is manually confirmed by the site owner or confirmed by the external payment gateway. e-Products within the order cannot be downloaded under these circumstances, until the payment is confirmed as successful.
