When the payment process is complete, you will be sent an invoice/receipt email with a link to download your product. Please click on the ‘Product Name’ given in the invoice/receipt email to download the product.
If, for some reason, the download link does not work or gives you an error, it could be because:
You accidentally clicked the download link and did not save the file. It is restricted to a one-time download only and will not download twice. Please be careful to save the file to an appropriate place in your documents.
On some Payment gateways (such as Offline processing and non-seamless gateways), the payment is initially put into ‘pending status’ until it is manually confirmed by the site owner or confirmed by the external payment gateway. e-Products within the order cannot be downloaded under these circumstances, until the payment is confirmed as successful.
