Instructions for downloadable products

The invoice/receipt email will contain your transaction details and the product purchased. Kindly click on "Product Name" given in the invoice to download the product.

• If the payment process is complete you will be sent an email having link to download the product
• For some reason if the download link does not work or give an error, it could be because:
  • You accidentally clicked the download link and did not save the file. It is restricted to one-time download only (do not attempt twice)
  • On some Payment gateways (such as Offline processing and non-seamless gateways), the payment is initially put in pending status until manually confirmed by the site owner or confirmed by the external payment gateway. e-Products within the order cannot be downloaded under this circumstances until the payment is confirmed as successful.

It would take about 7-14 working days to deliver the product depending on the location. The invoice number will be your purchase reference.
