Taxstar is a simple, easy-to-use personal tax storage system that organises your financial paperwork quickly and easily.

Throughout the financial year, ENTER data from each tax document into your Taxstar software and then FILE your tax documents into the Taxstar folder.

At the end of the financial year you can prepare your own tax return or DELIVER / MAIL your tax information to your tax agent.

Note:

Once the payment process is done, the confirmation email will be sent to you with the purchase invoice details.

Instructions for downloadable products

The invoice/receipt email will contain your transaction details and the product purchased. Kindly click on "Product Name" given in the invoice to download the product.

If the payment process is complete you will be sent an email having link to download the product
For some reason if the download link does not work or give an error, it could be because:
- You accidentally clicked the download link and did not save the file. It is restricted to one-time download only (do not attempt twice)
- On some Payment gateways (such as Offline processing and non-seamless gateways), the payment is initially put in pending status until manually confirmed by the site owner or confirmed by the external payment gateway. e-Products within the order cannot be downloaded under this circumstances until the payment is confirmed as successful.

It would take about 7-14 working days to deliver the product depending on the location. The invoice number will be your purchase reference.
